Our Interview Process

Divided into three integral stages – Preliminary, One-on-One on Zoom Call, and the Final Call – our process reflects our commitment to transparency, professionalism, and forging connections that matter.

The Preliminary Stage

Laying the Foundation

Our journey begins with the Preliminary stage, where we initiate contact with candidates who have shown interest in joining our team. This stage focuses on the fundamental exploration of qualifications, career trajectory, and initial alignment with our values. A member of our HR team reaches out to schedule an initial conversation, typically via phone or email, where the candidate’s background, experiences, and aspirations are discussed. This preliminary interaction provides a platform for both parties to set expectations, ensuring that there’s a basic synergy before moving forward.

One-on-one via Zoom

Delving Deeper

The second stage of our interview process takes place on a more personal platform: a One-on-One Zoom Call. During this phase, candidates engage in a virtual face-to-face conversation with a member of our team, typically a senior team member, manager, or department head. This call delves deeper into the candidate’s experiences, skill sets, and motivations. We believe in a two-way exchange, where candidates have the opportunity to ask questions about our company culture, expectations, and the role they’re applying for. Final Call
